Job title: Shift Maintenance Leader
About the Role Ferrero is seeking a Shift Maintenance Leader based at our Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi plant to lead maintenance activities, planning, and personnel management within the Operations function. You will coordinate maintenance shifts, drive improvement projects, and ensure safety and cost-effective execution to support production goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage activities in Maintenance, Intervention Planning and Human Resources Management, reporting to the Maintenance Production Unit Manager.
- Coordinate shifts maintenance teams, support interventions and collaborate in the realization of new projects.
- Define, organize and manage periodical revision programs, and implement ordinary, extraordinary and soft interventions while optimizing related costs to meet production results (quality and quantity).
- Lead predictive maintenance scheduling and evaluate on-call requests, prioritizing them.
- Ensure correct application of safety standards and safe behaviour across the maintenance process.
- Oversee budgeting activities, identifying resource needs (personnel, spare parts, external service companies).
- Contribute to the success of the team with a solid understanding of maintenance processes and strong interpersonal/management skills.
- Be willing to international mobility; ability to operate as a focal point in maintenance on shifts.
- Communicate effectively in Italian and English to enable intercultural collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Robotics, Chemical or Mechatronics).
- At least two years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Good understanding of maintenance processes and strong interpersonal/leadership skills.
- Willingness for international mobility and interest in the Food sector.
- Fluency in Italian and English and strong communication abilities.
- Availability to work on shifts.

- Experience in a multinational food industry environment.
- Additional languages and international exposure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base annual gross salary: €36,910 (minimum for CCNL Level 2) with total compensation determined by experience, skills, and qualifications.
- The role is part of the CCNL Industria Alimentare Level 2.
