About the Role Shift Leader position at Rainbow City, part of the Burger King franchise under Starboard Investments. You’ll lead shifts, coach crew, ensure safety and brand standards, and deliver a great guest and crew member experience. What You'll Do
- Serve as a resource and coach to crew members; supports a positive crew member experience, aligns the team around a common vision, provides effective coaching, sets realistic expectations and goals, and celebrates successes
- Supports the shift by communicating and ensuring compliance with expectations for food safety, cleanliness, safety, production, and resolving customer issues
- Maintains a clean, neat, and organized restaurant in line with brand standards and food safety, workplace safety, and time tracking protocols to better serve our customers and crew members
