About the Role Leads the shift organization unit and ensures delivery according to defined objectives and KPIs, driving improvements and maintaining governance and process execution. Manages and develops the team to meet demand and service levels.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise the shift organization unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Identify improvement opportunities in area of responsibility and advise on service delivery enhancements
- Ensure standardization and governance adherence and effective process execution
- Lead direct reports, plan regular team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests
- Define team objectives, tasks and responsibilities, provide clear instructions, monitor and evaluate results
- Identify training and development needs, support subordinates' professional growth and application of newly acquired knowledge
- Propose and apply measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Maintain functional accountability for shift on a shift level
What We're Looking For
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience, ideally with leadership background
- Language proficiency in French and English
- IT: Microsoft Office
- Social competences: conflict management, feedback skills, moderation skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, problem solving techniques, project management
