Job title: Shift Leader Production
About the Role Shift Leader Production is responsible for managing the shift organization unit, ensuring delivery of objectives and KPIs, and leading a production team in Zaghouan on site to support LEONI's automotive wiring systems production.
What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise the shift organization according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identify potential improvements in the area of responsibility, offer consulting, and contribute to improving service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to standards, governance and effective process execution.
- Lead direct reports within the area of responsibility.
- Plan regular team activity to cover all activity stages and respond to all incoming requests.
- Define team members' objectives, tasks and responsibilities with clear instructions and ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
- Identify training and development needs for direct reports and support their professional growth; help apply newly acquired knowledge.
- Propose and apply measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
- Maintain functional accountability for shift-level operations.
What We're Looking For
- University degree.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally with a leadership background.
- Language: French and English.
- IT: Microsoft Office.
- Social competences: Conflict Management, Feedback Skills, Moderation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving Techniques, Project Management.
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities; ability to guide and develop a team.
