About the Role
The Shift Leader at Apricus QSR supervises restaurant Crew Members to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift. This role focuses on leading teams, maintaining product quality, and upholding company standards while delivering excellent service. What You'll Do

Serve customers and ensure orders are accurate and timely according to Customer Service Standards and frontline procedures.

Prepare and ensure consistent, high-quality products as described in the Orientation and Training Handbook.

Demonstrate proper conduct and follow Little Caesars policies as outlined in the Orientation and Training Handbook.

Clean and organize work stations and maintain the restaurant image in line with health department standards.

Perform cash management responsibilities and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.

Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to Crew Members to achieve standards and objectives.

Monitor costs by managing food, paper, labor, and utility usage during the shift.

Complete daily paperwork neatly and accurately per the Operational Resource Guide (ORG).

Follow opening/closing procedures and handle unexpected occurrences while notifying appropriate parties. What We're Looking For

Experience supervising Crew Members and delivering strong customer service and product quality.

Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial controls.

Ability to open and close operations and perform related paperwork.

Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/squat for long periods.

Valid driver's license and 18+ years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of Shift Leader training.

Ability to read and interpret training materials and follow safety, OSHA, and EEOC requirements; adherence to company policies.

Willingness to work a hands-on management style and to supervise team members, including those under 18 on shift.

Strong communication and math skills to compute sales, inventory, and schedules.
