What are your main tasks?

- Review daily production plan information with the supervisor.

- Verify the supply and control of raw materials, equipment, and/or tools on the production line.

- Ensure that 5-minute meetings are held for each production line. Open issues in the line QRAP (Quick Reaction Plan) when a recurring defect or safety problem is detected. Escalate unresolved issues from the line GPQ (Process Qualification Committee) to the area GPQ.

- Review the staffing plan and coordinate with the supervisor how to cover for absent personnel due to absences and/or leave.

- Review and/or enter materials into the SAP system.

- Supervise and support operators in their work performance.

- Follow up on work orders.

- Verify that the Team Leader or operator (injection molding) completes the start-up log.

- Review the daily productivity log.

- Manage staff training (ILUO Multiskilling Matrix) and ensure that staff are working according to the ILUO matrix.

- Update Multiskilling Matrices on KPI boards.

- Maintain order and cleanliness in the 5S work area.

- Monitor the quality system for product manufacturing.
-
- Track the disposal and removal of non-conforming product (SCRAP).

- Review and maintain communication with the engineering department regarding changes made to production processes.

- Keep fixtures clean and covered.

- Review inventory (raw materials and work-in-process).
-
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure that the staff under your supervision use it according to their work area.

- Monitor measures to improve product quality by reducing the in-process defect rate.

- Safeguard the company's machinery, equipment, facilities, tools, work-in-process inventory, and fixed assets assigned to your line, as well as the safety and security of the operators.

- Support the Safety and Environment Department in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
What are your qualifications?
- Leadership/ Personnel Management
- Process of cutting, sewing, assembly of headboards and consoles.
- High school diploma or technical training in sewing, cutting, production processes, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
