MEP Services: Air distribution system for common area and basement. HVAC equipment in common area BMS System • Access Control. General Lighting & Distribution. System • DG Operations. Emergency Lighting system. UPS System • HT system. Transformer & Switchgear LT system • WTP Plumbing - Domestic/Flush/Fire Fighting/Wastewater system Hot Water system • Fire Alarm system Public address System Sprinkler System Fire Hydrant System CCTV Management Residents level plumbing & electrical complaints Coordinating with Technical and Property Manager PM activity of all Electromechanical assets Keeping records of all Statutory documents
