Job title: Shell Mold Operator
About the Role Responsible for preparing molds, applying slurry coatings, and operating robotic and manual dipping equipment to ensure proper coating of wax pattern assemblies in a continuous production environment. Follows established process specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
What You'll Do
- Read and interpret shell process sheets and work instructions for each production part number.
- Prepare molds and pattern assemblies for processing by removing from racks and installing handling fixtures or handles as required.
- Operate robotic dipping equipment as well as manual dipping methods as required to apply coatings.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to read and interpret shell process sheets and work instructions for production part numbers.
- Experience preparing molds and pattern assemblies for processing by removing from racks and installing handling fixtures or handles as required.
- Experience operating robotic dipping equipment, with attention to safety and quality.
