About the Role
Join Mercedes-Benz Kecskemét plant as a sheet metal worker (body shop). You will contribute to body and sheet metal manufacturing, inspection, alignment and assembly tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency. What You'll Do

Perform visual inspection of body panels, identify defects and quality gaps.

Replace doors, hood, trunk and set gaps to correct dimensions.

Prepare and secure workpieces and raw materials.

Support body and sheet metal machining and manufacturing tasks. What We're Looking For

Completed sheet metal worker qualification (or related: welder, machining operator, CNC, machine manufacturing technology technician, structural fitter); relevant professional experience is a plus.

Willingness to work in a multi-shift schedule.

Precise and responsible work attitude, quality-oriented.

Team spirit, flexible.

Hungarian language proficiency (spoken and written). Nice to Have
