About the Role We are seeking a SharePoint Developer to design, implement, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions for Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) in a remote capacity. This role focuses on delivering scalable intranet and collaboration capabilities within Microsoft 365/SharePoint ecosystems.
What You'll Do
- Develop and customize SharePoint solutions (Online/On-Prem as applicable) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain workflows, web parts, page layouts, and data integrations.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and testing.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance of SharePoint applications.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, PowerShell, and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), REST APIs, or migration tools.
- Any relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified).
