Job Summary

Specialist focused on designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based applications and solutions. Responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring and customizing SharePoint environments, developing workflows and integrations, and ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of SharePoint platforms. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective collaboration and document management solutions that support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server solutions.

• Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, and workflows.

• Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Power Apps integrations.

• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues and performance concerns.

• Manage permissions, security settings, and governance standards.

• Create documentation, user guides, and technical specifications.

• Support migrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and user experience.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Teams integration.

• Knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering enterprise collaboration solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and SharePoint administration.

• Experience with workflow automation and business process optimization.
