What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities to grow the practice
- Lead and manage civil defense litigation matters with strong trial readiness
- Collaborate with national offices to leverage resources, experts, and infrastructure
- Drive growth through cross-selling across Segal McCambridge's national client base
- Contribute to a collaborative culture that emphasizes referral sharing and strategic growth
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in a civil defense litigation setting
- Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Strong litigation and leadership experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to long-term growth
- Alignment with Segal McCambridge's nationwide civil defense platform
Nice to Have
- Attorneys who do not currently possess a portable book of business are encouraged to apply
