About the Role We are seeking a Technical Architect to design and manage the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for customers, with emphasis on Marketing Cloud. You will translate business requirements into scalable, long-term architectures and lead technical design and delivery, including integrations and data migration, to drive customer success.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions that leverage the platform
• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document solutions; identify gaps between current and desired end states
• Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects; define coding standards; lead code reviews
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations
• Maintain target billable utilization and ability to debug issues
• Participate in pre-sales activities such as discovery and POC development
• Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations
• Travel to client sites for projects (approximately 50-75%)

What We're Looking For

• Degree or equivalent; 9-14 years CRM experience with 4-5 years on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Expert understanding of Salesforce product suite including Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Insights, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Data Cloud and Agent Force; moderate experience with Sales, Service, Community Clouds
• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable, performance-driven solutions; knowledge of data sharing/visibility in platform architecture
• Familiarity with authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
• Strong environment/release management and deployment methodologies; code versioning
• Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)
• Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution
• Strong background in design/development of large web-based systems or complete software product lifecycle exposure
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
• DC experience also required
