About the role

4+ years of Salesforce development experience, with hands-on Salesforce Order Management or comparable commerce/OMS platforms. 2. Strong hands-on expertise in implementing and managing OMS connectors and payment gateway adapters. 3. Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, REST/SOAP APIs, data modelling, and asynchronous processing. 4. Experience delivering order lifecycle, fulfilment, returns, refunds, inventory, and payment-related processes. 5. Integration experience across eCommerce, POS, WMS, ERP, payment, tax, or logistics platforms. 6. Good knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, queues, and environment management. 7. Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, change sets, DevOps Center, or comparable CI/CD tools. 8. Proficiency in unit testing, Apex debugging, integration monitoring, production support, data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and data quality. 9. Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, analysts, testers, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors. 10. Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce, such as building or configuring AI agent actions for order- related tasks.
