Record customers’ orders into the company's order handling system, resulting in a sales order.

File documents in the appropriate place so they are easy to find

Accurately enter data from paper files into computer systems

Addressing issues raised by drivers, whether they relate to the route issues, payment, administrative concerns, and or vehicle-related problems.

Preparing reports on settlement activities, providing updates on transaction status.
