YOUR IMPACT You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. You will be in charge of leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solution. You will be responsible for translating complex business strategies and portfolio management requirements into a scalable, efficient, and well-architected ServiceNow solution.
YOUR TEAM We hire top-tier talent and give them the space to shine. You will collaborate with several teams (delivery, development, governance, as well as quality and documentation) under the responsibility of the Director, ServiceNow Architecture. No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together.
WHAT TO EXPECT Your day to day will look like this: Solution Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of the ServiceNow SPM suite (Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, Financial Planning, APM). Implementation & Governance: Drive major implementations, define the roadmap, technical specifications, and enforce best practices. Strategic Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders (PMO, Finance, IT) to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions. Integration & Optimization: Design integrations with ERP systems, Agile tools, and HR platforms while ensuring continuous improvement. Technical Leadership: Provide expertise, mentorship, and guidance to developers, admins, and analysts, including data governance and reporting.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR The following experience will help you succeed in this role. Advanced Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SPM applications (Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financials, APM) and ServiceNow capabilities (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, Performance Analytics). Integration Skills: Proven experience designing and managing complex integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers, with strong understanding of CSDM. Strategic & Analytical Ability: Ability to align complex business processes (capital planning, resource forecasting) with platform capabilities. Leadership & Communication: Strong skills in influencing senior executives, facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and mentoring technical teams. Experience & Certifications: 8+ years in ServiceNow ecosystem, 5+ years in SPM architecture, with CSA and CIS-SPM certifications (preferred: CAD, CTA/CMA, PMP, SAFe).
