About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Expert to design, configure, and optimize ServiceNow environments for clients, covering modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM. You will implement workflows, integrations, and automation to meet client needs in technology-focused projects. What You'll Do
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
- Develop and maintain scripts, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Utilize Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to automate business processes
- Collaborate with clients and teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions What We're Looking For
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM)
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow apps, workflows, and integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions)
- Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor Nice to Have
