About the Role Join EY to help shape clients' digital transformation programs using the ServiceNow platform. As a Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of client initiatives, delivering technical solutions and guiding delivery teams to achieve business outcomes. You’ll have the flexibility to configure and lead projects and stay up to date on ServiceNow while developing your consultancy and technical skills. What You'll Do
- Be empowered to lead a range of projects / initiatives to deliver value and successful outcomes to customers through the ServiceNow platform.
- Facilitate workshops and 1-2-1 sessions using the platform to understand client challenges and demonstrate potential solutions and outcomes.
- Develop and contribute technically and functionally to solutions and sales.
- Lead and support the development team within our customers to help them reach potential and ensure delivery of outstanding outcomes and quality experiences.
- Set up and lead ways of working to ensure the execution of the development is delivered in a fun, inclusive, positive, and energetic way.
- Provide and set assurance standards throughout the development lifecycle.
- Meet and manage deadlines individually, as part of a team. What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering on the ServiceNow platform across a portfolio of client environments to transform capabilities such as AI, Agents, CMDB/CSDM, IT, HR, Moveworks, CRM, Risk and Security.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and initiatives, delivering value and outcomes.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and 1-2-1 sessions; ability to understand client challenges and demonstrate solutions.
- Technical and functional contribution to solution design and to sales.
- Experience leading and developing customer delivery teams to achieve outstanding outcomes and quality experiences.
- Skill in establishing ways of working and assurance standards across the development lifecycle.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work individually and as part of a team, and maintain energy and inclusivity.
