About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead our development team, design and automate solutions, implement predictive intelligence and AI Agents, and guide architecture and data modeling. This role partners with clients and stakeholders to define scalable ServiceNow solutions for Mattel Global Business Services in Hyderabad. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of ServiceNow specialists on development projects and BAU activities.
- Design and develop workflows to expand automation, implement integrations and solve technical debts.
- Provide technical coaching and mentoring to junior developers.
- Translate client requirements into workable solutions, including creating architecture design documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps.
- Create and maintain platform implementation roadmaps while providing hands-on support for detailed design and implementation.
