Job title: ServiceNow ITAM Architect
Summary The ServiceNow ITAM Architect specializes in both Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). You will be responsible for designing and implementing asset management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement ITAM (HAM & SAM) solutions on ServiceNow
- Customize asset lifecycle workflows and processes
- Integrate ServiceNow with tools such as SCCM, JAMF, and Flexera
- Ensure software license compliance and audit readiness
- Create dashboards and reports for asset tracking
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, and finance teams
REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITAM

Strong knowledge of HAM and SAM modules

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, HAM/SAM Implementation Specialist)

Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and integrations

Good understanding of software licensing models

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
