About the Role EY is seeking a ServiceNow IRM Manager to help financial institution clients modernize risk and governance capabilities and to support high performance in a rapidly changing environment. This role focuses on leveraging ServiceNow and related GRC technologies to deliver scalable, end-to-end risk management solutions. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage ServiceNow IRM engagements for financial services clients, including policy & compliance, risk management, and audit management.
- Leverage eGRC platforms, microservices, Cloud, API Management, and open-source technologies to enable end-to-end automation with safe and sound architecture at optimum cost.
- Drive thought leadership and technical delivery across offering development and project delivery in a client-consulting environment, including Integrated Risk Management (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management), Third-party Risk Management (TPRM), BCM, ESG, Service Portal/Employee Center, NOW Experience, and UI Builder.
- Oversee the technical aspects of offering development and project delivery, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. What We're Looking For
- Deep subject matter expertise related to the ServiceNow platform or similar GRC platforms, product capabilities, and complementary technologies.
- Experience in client-facing consulting environments, with exposure to Integrated Risk Management, TPRM, BCM, ESG, Service Portal/Employee Center, NOW Experience, and UI Builder.
- Ability to manage complex implementations, guide solution architecture, and mentor junior team members.
