• HIRING: ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer | C2H

• We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with strong hands-on IRM/GRC experience for a long-term Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

• Locations: Raleigh, NC | Charlotte, NC | Birmingham, AL | Memphis, TN | Dallas, TX | New Orleans, LA

• Work Model: 5 Days Onsite

• Type: C2H Contract to Hire

• Must-Have

• Strong ServiceNow IRM/GRC hands-on development experience

• ServiceNow GRC modules Policy & Compliance, Risk, BCM, Audit, Vendor Risk

• Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules & Workflows

• Risk & Control Management

• Compliance, risk assessments & remediation

• Knowledge of NIST / ISO 27001 frameworks

• Experience with dashboards, reporting and documentation

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk & Compliance is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop and maintain ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications

• Automate risk assessments, compliance attestations and issue management

• Map policies and controls to risk requirements

• Support internal/external audits and remediation activities

• Build dashboards, reports and compliance documentation

• Partner with Security, IT and Business teams on risk and compliance initiatives
