About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Functional Consultant / ServiceNow Process Owner / Functional Lead (ECS Lead) to help clients optimize ServiceNow implementations. The role focuses on delivering functional consulting in FSM, S2P, CSM and ITSM, and may involve acting as Process Owner or Functional Lead on engagements. This is a fully remote position with a base in Guadalajara, Mexico, and requires substantial IT experience and ITIL-aligned process expertise. What You'll Do
- Gather and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions for FSM, S2P, CSM and ITSM.
- Perform functional design, configuration, testing, and rollout activities.
- Serve as ServiceNow Process Owner / Functional Lead on projects, coordinating with clients and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ITIL-aligned processes and continuous improvement.
