About the Role We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to support client Hexaware in a fully remote setup. The role focuses on ServiceNow design, portal customization, performance analytics, and applying best practices in line with OEM guidance.
What You'll Do
- Design and modify the ServiceNow Service Portal.
- Work with Performance Analytics to monitor and optimize IT services.
- Review the existing ServiceNow setup and provide best-practice recommendations aligned with OEM standards.
- Apply ServiceNow Best Practices and stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features.
- Utilize HTML coding and Jelly Script to enhance interfaces.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Experience with Performance Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and current features.
- Proficiency in HTML and Jelly Script.
- Advanced English.
Nice to Have
- HTML coding and Jelly Script strongly preferred.
