About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to support client Hexaware in a fully remote role from Mexico. The role focuses on Performance Analytics, Service Portal design and modification, and applying best practices aligned with the OEM, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow features and HTML/Jelly scripting. What You'll Do
- Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
- Review existing setup and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features.
- Leverage HTML coding and Jelly script where applicable. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Experience working on Performance Analytics.
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.
- Advanced English. Nice to Have
- Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script is strongly preferred.
