ServiceNow Developer with 4-5+ years hands-on experience to design and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and CSM, including integrations, working with clients such as Hexaware. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable ServiceNow implementations in a remote/ Guadalajara-based environment. What You'll Do

Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM) according to client requirements and best practices

Build and configure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design solutions and troubleshoot issues

Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform architecture and governance What We're Looking For

4-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Strong experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) and CSM

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting

Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.)

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices

Remote work capability and advanced English
