We are seeking skilled ServiceNow Developers to support dynamic enterprise projects based in Chennai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who can join quickly and contribute to agile development and integration of ServiceNow solutions across business functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI components, and backend logic.
- Implement ITSM solutions including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Conduct unit testing, resolve issues, and maintain platform performance.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on configuration and development work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of core modules: ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Workflows.
- Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and web services.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) are an added advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
