About the Role ServiceNow Developer at EY Digital will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and IT professionals to translate requirements into functional and technical specs and customize the platform for EY's needs. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
- Work with IT and business units to analyze requirements and create technical solutions within ServiceNow.
- Implement new functionality and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
- Create and maintain documentation on configurations, integrations, and workflows.
- Develop and modify workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus.
- Ensure latest ServiceNow features and best practices are used for efficient solutions.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure quality.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow instances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features and best practices. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years experience as a ServiceNow Developer with strong ServiceNow platform knowledge.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator CSA or Certified Application Developer CAD are a plus.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of database design schemas and data modeling.
