YOUR TEAM We recruit top talent and give them space to thrive. You’ll collaborate with architects, business analysts, and delivery managers under the leadership of the ServiceNow Development Director. No egos—just smart people solving complex problems together, alongside QA and change management teams whose mission is to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
WHAT TO EXPECT Your day-to-day will include:
- Participating in grooming sessions to clarify client requirements
- Documenting technical solutions in user stories
- Estimating implementation effort and contributing to sprint planning
- Configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications using best practices
- Performing unit tests and peer reviews to ensure quality
- Collaborating with QA to resolve issues and validate functionality
- Deploying updates and managing ServiceNow environments throughout the lifecycle
- Leading client workshops to define business processes and implementation strategies
- Advising on governance, data integrity, and CMDB best practices
- Coordinating integrations with third-party systems and ensuring security compliance
- Mentoring junior team members and reviewing complex configurations
You must be comfortable in environments that are not always well-defined and be able to adapt to rapidly changing contexts.
EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR The following experiences will help you succeed in this role. However, if you meet only some criteria—especially in ServiceNow implementation—we’d still love to consider your application. We prioritize potential above all.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including 3+ years with ServiceNow implementation projects
- Experience with JavaScript, Angular, SOAP/REST, XML/HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and Agile/Scrum practices
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken French
Assets
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, MC)
- ITIL certification
- Experience with Angular JS, Bootstrap, CSS
- Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL practices
