Responsibilities

Architect and deliver AI-powered ServiceNow solutions.

Implement Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI Workflows.

Build GenAI-enabled process automation and intelligent workflows.

Configure AI Agents, skills, prompts and workflow orchestration.

Integrate ServiceNow with LLMs, third-party AI tools and data platforms.

Lead and mentor technical teams.
-
Advise customers on AI architecture, governance and best practices.
-
Communicate the business value and ROI of AI solutions.

Skillset
-
Expert-level ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
-
Strong experience with Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI.
-
Expertise across at least two ServiceNow modules/process areas.
-
Understanding of GenAI, LLMs and prompt engineering.
-
Experience with AI integrations and workflow automation.
-
Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
-
Ability to lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on.
-
Relevant ServiceNow certifications highly desirable.
-
Able to travel up to 15%.
-
US citizen or Green Card only.
