About the Role Als Serviceberater (m/w/d) in Vollzeit bist du verantwortlich für professionelle Kundenberatung, digitale technische Auftragsannahme und eine qualitativ hochwertige Abwicklung von Nutzfahrzeug-Reparaturen. Du koordinierst Kostenvoranschläge, Werkstattaufträge und die Kommunikation mit dem Kunden – vom Auftrag bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe und Rechnungsstellung. Ziel ist eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Serviceprozesse. What You'll Do
- Professionelle Kundenberatung und digitale technische Auftragsannahme
- Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Abstimmung mit Kunden und Werkstatt
- Planung, Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Werkstattaufträgen
- Koordination der Kundenkommunikation während des gesamten Reparaturprozesses
- Fahrzeugübergabe nach erfolgter Reparatur
- Erstellung von Rechnungen und Auftragsabrechnungen
