Job title: Service Technician - Turbocharging

About the Role

Service Technician at Accelleron focusing on Turbocharging. You will maintain turbochargers for our customers aboard ships and in our modern workshop in Rotterdam or Antwerp, Netherlands/Belgium. You’ll work to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the ship leaves the port on time, while upholding the highest quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and service Turbo Chargers on ships and in the Rotterdam/Antwerp workshop.
  • Troubleshoot and repair technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure ships depart on schedule.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, diverse team and a customer-focused service.

What We're Looking For

  • Mechanical education or hands-on experience as a technician.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Rotterdam (Netherlands) or Antwerp (Belgium).
  • Ability to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Team player with safety-conscious mindset.
  • Fluency in English for documentation and communication (documents preferred in English).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with turbocharging systems or marine propulsion.
  • Knowledge of the maritime industry and on-board maintenance.
  • Driving license or willingness to obtain; flexibility for irregular working hours.
