• The main responsibility of the Technician is to perform high quality maintenance and repairs on Scania products. On time delivery and safety at work is achieved by following defined processes, standards and guidelines. The Technician contributes to customer satisfaction, Scania’s profitability and safety on our roads.
• Maintains an up to date understanding of products and services necessary to perform duties and tasks. Understands products and services value proposition connected to processes and business.
• Understanding for importance of safety and health policies, procedures and regulations in daily work. Creates and safeguards a healthy, safe and sustainable work environment for all employees.
• Understanding of Scania’s repair and maintenance concepts, troubleshooting, repair methods and techniques, vehicle technical aspects, tools and equipment. Ability to use instructions and documentation.
• Before Maintenance or Repair Event: Secure that right information, tools and spare parts are available.
• During Maintenance or Repair Event: Through well-known and described working methods and standards perform maintenance or repair on time in a correct and safe way.
• After Maintenance or Repair work: Support to minimize claim processing time.
• Working collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide high-quality services for the best customer experience.

必要資格等/ Eligibility 経験/ Experience、資格/ Qualification

• 必要資格 / Required Qualifications
• 自動車整備士資格 2級以上（ディーゼルも含む）/Automobile mechanic qualification 2nd grade or higher (including diesel)
• 普通自動車運転免許 / Regular driving license
• フォークリフト免許 / Forklift License
• Desirable Experience and Qualifications
• トラック整備 3年以上経験者（応相談）/ At least 3 years experience in truck maintenance (negotiable)
• 大型トラック運転免許 / Heavy-duty truck driver's license
• 学歴のこだわり/ Education - 高校卒以上 / High school graduate
• 言語/ Language - 日本語ビジネスレベル/ Business Japanese
• 転職回数/ Number of job changes -３年以上一つの企業での就業が望ましい / Worked for one company at least for 3 years
• 外国人雇用/ Foreign Employment - 配偶者ビザ、永住権所有、もしくは高度専門人材以外はNG / Permanent residence holders, Spouse Visa or Highly Skilled Professional

• 勤務時間 / Working Hours - 9：00～18：00
• 休日/ Holidays - 年間125日

• 試用期間/Probation - 3ヵ月～6ヵ月（3か月経過時点で判断）/ 3 months ～6 months(Decided at the end of 3 months）
