Job title: Service Technician
About the Role A motivated service technician is needed to perform service work on professional cleaning machines for companies and institutions in your own region (Doetinchem area). After a thorough onboarding you will handle repairs, troubleshoot faults and carry out preventive maintenance, while advising customers on maintenance and cleaning.
What You'll Do
- Perform service work on professional cleaning machines for businesses and institutions in the Doetinchem region after onboarding.
- Carry out repairs, troubleshoot faults and preventive maintenance; advise customers on maintenance and cleaning (preventive maintenance).
- Utilize company-provided Mercedes Vito, iPad, mobile phone, work clothing, shoes and tools to complete tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Preferable completed LTS/MTS Elektrotechniek/Auto techniek or equivalent
- Technically adept
- Commercial mindset for optimal repair and maintenance advice
- Customer-friendly, professional attitude
- Knowledge and experience with computers
- Independence; responsible for your own day planning
- Resident of the Doetinchem region
- Possession of driving licence B
Compensation & Benefits
- Netto onkostenvergoeding (net expense allowance) and an annual bonus
- 38.75-hour work week with 33 vacation days per year
