The role contributes to resident happiness and lease renewals and provides a path toward advancement to Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager.
What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance tasks in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ensure HVAC systems run smoothly.
- Assist with move-in prep, renovations, and preventative maintenance.
- Contribute to resident happiness and lease renewals.
- Support career progression toward Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of property management experience.
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Technical skills, professionalism, and strong organization.
