About the Role We’re hiring Service Technicians at every skill level — from entry-level lube and tire techs ready to learn, to seasoned Master Technicians with factory certifications. Modern shop, latest equipment, and a team built to keep your hours booked and your bay busy. If you produce, we make sure you get paid — because our comp plan runs on flat rate. What You'll Do
- Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor and Dispatcher to keep customers informed of additional service needs and provide time estimates
