About this role
Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot heating oil and propane systems for residential customers in the Concord, NH area. This role focuses on ensuring safe, reliable operation of boilers, furnaces, water heaters, and oil tanks, with a strong emphasis on quality service and minimizing emergency calls.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot oil and propane-fired boilers, furnaces, water heaters, and oil tanks.
- Provide final system inspections to ensure safe operation.
- Complete daily paperwork for each service call.
- Keep the service van organized and stocked for the next job.
- Work with the dispatcher to coordinate service for fuel customers and minimize emergency calls.
- Maintain professionalism and focus on fixing customers’ problems in the best possible way.
What We're Looking For
- Positive reference from within the industry.
- LP Gas License.
- NORA Certification (Preferred).
- CDL-B (Preferred).
- Ability to install various types of heating equipment.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Previous heating technician experience preferred.
