About the Role Volvo Lietuva is seeking a skilled technician to repair and maintain commercial vehicles at the Panevezys service workshop. You will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society by delivering high‑quality repairs, diagnostics and maintenance in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do
- Ensure repairs are carried out according to the manufacturer’s procedures, safely and responsibly.
- Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs of electrical systems.
- Comply with warranty procedures during repairs and warranty material on completion of each repair.
- Keep all workshop facilities, equipment and tools clean, tidy and well maintained. What We're Looking For
- Technical and practical competency in repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles.
- Working knowledge of vehicle technology; knowledge of electric systems and power schemes would be an advantage.
- Team-oriented with willingness to develop new processes or enhance current ones.
- Flexibility to adapt to new processes and develop new skills; participate in training and development activities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical education would be an advantage.
- Driver license category B (C would be an advantage).
- General computer literacy.
- Good Lithuanian language skills.
