The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and functional testing of Solventum AWC medical devices in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Support service activities by documenting service work, completing service reports, updating service records, and maintaining technical documentation

• Identify equipment issues and report complex technical or quality concerns to the Service Engineer or designated support team

• Provide basic operational guidance and product handling instructions to customers following equipment installation or repair

• Maintain service tools, test equipment, spare parts inventory, and work areas in a safe and organized condition

• Assist Service Engineers with field service activities, equipment evaluations, and technical projects as required

• Follow all company quality, safety, and compliance requirements during service activities 담당 업무

• Solventum AWC 의료기기의 설치, 예방점검, 고장 진단, 수리 및 성능 검사 수행

• 서비스 보고서 작성, 이력 관리 및 기술 문서 유지 등 서비스 운영 업무 지원

• 장비 이상 원인 분석 및 기술·품질 이슈 보고

• 장비 설치 및 수리 후 고객 대상 기본 운영 교육 및 사용 안내

• 서비스 공구, 측정 장비, 예비부품 및 작업 환경 관리

• 현장 서비스, 장비 평가 및 기술 프로젝트 지원

• 품질, 안전 및 규정 준수 요구사항 이행

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher required In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and network, and excellent analytical skills with tracking records

• Preferential employment for 1 – 3 years of hardware and software service experiences in Medical or related markets

• Strong troubleshooting capability across electrical and mechanical systems

• Able to follow SOPs with a strong sense of responsibility

• Proficiency in MS Office (Skilled Excel and PowerPoint)

• Giving positive impetus to the team members and the organization

• English proficiency preferred

• Military service completed (for males) 자격 요건 및 역량

• 표준작업절차(SOP)를 준수하며 책임감 있게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분

• MS Office 활용 능력을 보유하신 분 (Excel, PowerPoint 능숙자 우대)

• 팀원 및 조직에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 협업을 촉진할 수 있는 분

• 영어 활용 가능자 우대

• 병역필 또는 면제자 (남성 지원자에 한함)

Possibility of conversion to a permanent position upon successful performance

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international
