About the Role The Service Technical Specialist provides product technical support to CNH Employees & Dealers within the North American Product Support organization, focusing on product competencies such as High horsepower tractors & engines, Crop production, harvesting & application, and Medium/low horsepower tractors & hay tools. What You'll Do
- Answer technical questions from CNH dealers, or from CNH Field Service staff, using personal knowledge, product training, experience, and reference sources in a timely manner.
- Act as "product expert" on assigned products to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Use mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic test equipment to interpret fault codes and operating parameters for acceptable product performance.
- Communicate efficiently with CNH dealer personnel via contact management system, written communication, or phone support.
