What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of skilled Technicians servicing chiller systems in Perth.
- Manage day-to-day field service operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Apply technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and optimize chillers and related equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Perth operations and continuous improvement.
- Drive performance, training, and career progression for technicians.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading field service teams in industrial or HVAC environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of chiller systems and plant equipment.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and deliver results in a growth-focused environment.
- Based in Perth, Australia or willing to operate in Perth.
