About the Role We are seeking a Service Specialist to perform repairs, routine checks, and troubleshooting on Horizontal Pumping Systems (HPS). Under general supervision, you will support customer personnel with proper handling and operating procedures of HPS, track and maintain preventive maintenance, repairs, alignments, and basic vibration analysis on HPS units, and prepare detailed service reports. You will also train and coach new hires, and may travel to customer sites as required, all while promoting safety and environmental compliance. What You'll Do
- Perform repairs, routine checks, and troubleshooting on Horizontal Pumping Systems (HPS).
- Provide instruction and technical support to customer personnel in proper handling and operating procedures of HPS.
- Track and maintain preventive maintenance, repairs, alignments, and basic vibration analysis on HPS units.
- Prepare detailed service reports and forms.
- Train and coach new hires in basic principles.
- Travel out of town as required.
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness; comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
- Maintain mechanical performance and cleanliness of the truck used in transportation to and from the field. What We're Looking For
- High school or equivalent education is required and 4+ years of experience in artificial lift operations.
- Performs basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel out of town when required. Nice to Have
