Job title: Service Sales Specialist
About the Role Join Accelleron as a Service Sales Specialist based in Busan, South Korea. You will drive sales of products and systems within a designated marine and energy market, report to the Head of Service Sales, and contribute to an international environment focused on excellence and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for sales of products/systems within a designated market in accordance with strategy.
- Build long-term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product / services offering, and aligning to provide a solution.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepare sales plans using company tools. Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
- Create added value for the customer and Accelleron and ensure the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
- Communicate details in accordance with Accelleron offering and strategy (delivery time, payments and general terms and conditions.)
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in sales activities, working in Marine Industries, Shipping company, Power Plant, Engine builder as Sales responsible.
- Desired skills: value-based selling, communication and negotiation, structured work, interdependence, ownership, overcoming challenges, thinking outside the box, customer focus.
- Required English skill (written and spoken).
- Open mind to work in a team with different areas where they will often have to share operational tasks and not just sales.
