Service Sales Representative (Commercial/Industrial Roofing)
CentiMark Corporation, the National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Service Sales Representative in the Syracuse NY area.
45K-55K in base salary, plus commissions.
Summary of Job Description:

Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling
-
Marketing your efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects

Preparing estimates Job Requirements:
-
Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
-
Commercial service roofing experience/knowledge is required
-
Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
-
Experience in growing market share
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-
Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve

Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential

Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
-
Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills

Estimating software skills
