About the Role Atlas Copco's Service organization focuses on keeping facilities functioning smoothly by delivering service, repairs, and customer support across diverse sites. You will be the face of the brand, developing customer relationships and using proactive service to understand customer needs, all while collaborating with a distributed team to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Provide an excellent standard of service, including service repair, customer support and assistance, and contributing to business development.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships and understand customers' needs to provide appropriate equipment and services.
- Solve problems on the spot and share knowledge with the team, including cross-country collaboration.
- Represent the brand professionally and leverage teamwork to support customers.
