Opportunity Overview
Responsible in managing the overall flow of service materials worldwide to cater Teradyne Customers and ensure delivery targets are met Review and analyze service spares requirements monthly or as the need arises including Last Time Buys, recommend budget changes with justification and execute on-time purchases Perform Demand Forecasting & Analysis Perform parts inventory analysis to align with Service Level Agreement (SLA) Review weekly repair schedule & perform capacity alignment with Repair Operations Provide Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) report on delivery issues and other related issues Respond to customer inquiries through internal channels, and provide timely feedback & updates, and escalate, as necessary Work closely with global cross-functional teams on related matters Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects
