About the Role Chipotle's Service Leader maintains a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served, and by keeping the front line well trained and equipped. This role requires being on your feet during shifts, managing a clean, efficient line, and stepping in to assist when busy. The Service Leader also develops crew and supports operations to help shape long‑term foodservice excellence. What You'll Do
- Ensure great tasting, high‑quality food is served and uphold Chipotle policies and procedures
- Help resolve food quality issues and support food safety (hand washing/glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, shelf‑life monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence)
- Resolve customer incidents and strive for positive customer experiences
- Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules
- Develop and cross‑train front‑of‑house crew
- Assist with crew performance evaluations and development of future Service Leaders
- Assist with miscellaneous office administration (banking, cash‑handling policies, and office paperwork)
- Maintain office equipment and ensure supplies are ordered and available
- Ensure the proper quantity of supplies on hand What We're Looking For
- Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
- Knowledge and experience with cash handling policies and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- Familiarity with office paperwork
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location
- High school diploma
- Restaurant experience Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18.55–$20.65 per hour
