Service Execution Manager
A Snapshot of Your Day
To support the Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization (EAD) business unit in Norway, this role is responsible for planning, coordinating and following up the execution of service activities to ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently, to the required quality and in accordance with agreed commercial terms.
The role ensures effective coordination between customers, service engineers, technical support, project management, and other relevant internal functions.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Coordinate and follow up on service assignments for the customers in your portfolio
- Plan and manage service resources
- Order the necessary parts and components
- Respond to customer enquiries, serve as the customer’s primary point of contact, and represent the company professionally
- Ensure effective and efficient cooperation between departments and other resources
What You Bring
- We are seeking candidates with an electrical engineering or automation background, supported by a trade certificate, education at technical college, or university level.
- Knowledge of the electrical industry's FSE safety requirements.
- Relevant experience in managing assignments for marine and offshore customers.
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
