About this role

About the Role Accelleron is seeking Service Engineers, Service Technicians & Service Coordinators in the United Kingdom to drive customer satisfaction by delivering on-site and workshop service tasks with a high-quality standard. You will contribute to Accelleron’s reputation through a dedicated and professional approach to customers.

What You'll Do

  • Service Delivery: Performs service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifies technical problems and analyzes them through remote or on-site activity across service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements).
  • Customer Approach: Contributes to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer orders and expectations. Maintains good relationships with customers. Identifies new sales opportunities and communicates them internally.
  • Materials & Supply: Coordinates, prepares and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
  • Documentations & Reports: Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoots simple equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
  • Operational Excellence: Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
  • Health, Safety and Integrity: Applies safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe practices and incidents.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
  • Sound knowledge in reading technical drawings and measuring instruments; ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Experienced in dealing with customers with different backgrounds, handling service jobs with high safety and quality standards.
  • Working in difficult environment (temperature, noise, dirt).
  • Willingness to travel to client locations for on-site support and to work irregular hours as needed.
