- Warranty and Product issue resolution
- Present product issues to management, executive and suppliers
- Compile informative product issue reports and address the issue with suppliers and management
- Provide expert technical support for Warranty resolution
- Plan and prioritise jobs to maximise productivity and profitability
- Ensure continuous product improvement for allocated products
- Provide support for new product introduction
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- B. Engineering ( Mechanical or Electrical) degree, or
Must be a Caterpillar-certified earth-moving technician.

- Computer Literate (MS Office & appropriate caterpillar software applications)
- Staying abreast of technological development
- Post-apprentice/learnership experience
